Gosar & Associates (hereafter referred as UPGA) is a Chartered Accountant Firm in existence for the past two decades, having immense expertise in Audit, Tax and Advisory services in India and Overseas with their offices located in Mumbai and Vadodara. The Firm is promoted by Mr. Umesh P Gosar, a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of the ICAI, having 22 years of experience in the domains of Tax, Audit and Advisory Services on Mergers & Acquisition, Corporate Finance, Tax structuring, Corporate Restructuring and Resolution of Stressed Assets.

From a small 3 - member team, the Firm has grown to present strength of more than 50 personnel consisting of Qualified Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Legal & Banking Experts, Management Graduates, Associate Technical Consultants & Articled Assistants.
